Customised transfer of knowledge and competencies

Hema puts together tailor-made training programmes to assist you with the maintenance and improvement of your line.  This training means that the performance levels of your equipment is guaranteed over the long-term.

Hema training encourages a better understanding of the function of the machines and a standardisation of methods and results. It is a sound investment in order to guarantee high level performance for the whole production line over the long term.  There are many immediate benefits:

  • Reduction in amount of time that machines are not working
  • Rapid detection of malfunctions
  • Increased rate of return for production chain
  • Optimisation of maintenance operations and investments
  • Longer life for line components
  • Reduction of production costs
  • Improvement in product quality
  • Improved teamwork skills for the trained team
  • Increased staff motivation

For an efficient production line over the long-term, Hema has prepared training modules for every stage of the life cycle of the machines: solid general training at the commissioning of a new machine, method improvement and maintenance training after six months/one year.

The training programmes on offer cover all the products that make up a packaging line:

  • Blowers
  • Fillers
  • Cappers
  • Rinsers
  • Combi
  • CIP stations
  • Pasteurisers
  • Labelers
  • Conveyors
  • Start of line equipment: depalletiser, case unpacker
  • End of line equipment: palletiser, case packer

For beginners, those with experience or experts, training content is adapted to the initial level of the participants.

In order to cover all the different competencies needed to manage and optimise Hema machines and lines, we offer a comprehensive range of training.

  • Technical training to acquire the knowledge essential for the machines and installations, including machine processes (capping, blowing, filling, mixing, injections of gases, etc., and the systems integrated within the machines, including CIP (Cleaning In Place), filtering, capping, heat exchangers, etc.)
  • Technical assistance training (software, IT material, pneumatics, etc.)
  • Technical training on the components (frequency converter, valve, pump) and on materials (plastic, stainless steel)

Other types of training are also available, especially on product and line management and security and environmental management.

As proven experts, our trainers have a real understanding of the constraints that Hema customers have on the production line. They share their knowledge and technical experience with your teams.

At the start of each training session, the trainees receive a training booklet. Each page contains a colour diagram of the functional and maintenance plans.  Additionally, a certificate is awarded to each trainee at the end of the training session, detailing the knowledge and competencies acquired by the trainee.
